I personally stopped my intake of high fructose corn syrup in the sugary drinks that I used to love so much as it was causing my skin to break frequently.  This is because HFC isnt something that the body can break down as easily ans cleanly as its natural counterpart, sugar. So if your face is important to you as I am sure it is, you might want to stay away from drinks with high fructose corn syrup.
